  • SAP Techno Functional Person playing the Role of Data Designer responsible for Gathering Requirements amongst the SAP/KC Processes  teams for given set of Data Objects and translate them suitable for Data Conversion.
  • Understanding of Data Migration process.
  • Understanding of Various Data Models amongst the respective Process areas.
  • Facilitating Conversion Functional Design/Field Mapping requirements.
  • Responsible for Mock Data Loads, Issue resolution and Overall Object Design completion.
  • Liaises with Conversion Developers to ensure that complete information is provided, and outputs match expectations.
  • Assists with Conversion Validation along with Process Stakeholders.
  • Typical Objects include within process Areas in BIG 4 Master Data (Products/Materials/Customer/Vendors), RTR, OTC, STP, HR, PLM, PTD. Approx - 130 Data Objects.
  • Expectation is typically amongst the 5 Designers - we are able to staff them amongst the Streams and Own the Objects.

  • Test governance
  • Ad-interim, responsible to support the Core Template in terms of Sprint Testing (Test Scope, Test Data, etc.)
  • Align test requirements across several systems (myBuy, Mulesoft, S4, R/3)
  • Test Result consolidation and Quality Assurance
  • Regression Test Coordination
  • In collaboration with the Product Owners and Deployment Leads, Identification of Regression Test needs
  • Coordination of test case creation across the process areas and systems
  • Align test case automation with ASPIRE / Nexxe
  • E2E Test Coordination
  • Facilitate & Organize E2E Test Activities - e.g. LCT/Deployment UATs as part of our Deployment - together with the Deployment Team
  • Determine the Test Scope together with the Deployment Team
  • Work with the respective teams to keep the E2E Tests up-to-date (no work for Deployment)
  • Defect Management
  • Manage defects from the Core Template and Deployments (in a proper concept)
  • Coordination resolution and facilitate discussions with the respective teams (GEP, SAP, Mulesoft, etc.)
  • SolMan Team/Factory
  • Support the Scrum Teams in terms of Solution Documentation (ITR, WP, Test Cases & Plans) and ensure IT Quality standards are considered - EXECUTE!
  • Support joint ASPIRE and myBuy Deployments for formal test activities in regards to SolMan Setup/Readiness
