Create a preparation plan and timeline in line with program milestones
Coordinating and supporting GCX organization in specific early project stages such as scoping and change impact assessments.
Collect data, ensure the right scope is defined for GCX (process flows, key contacts)
Planning and executing process workshops together with the Business Process Management and/or other teams together with the GCX support organization for new activities in scope.
Support change management activities within the GCX organization properly communicating how teams will be impacted and coordinating adoption activities with the Adoption team.
Support training needs analysis and training plan creation
Support communication with the training team and external party vendor, for coordination of extra training activities as required
Continuous communication between project-GCX support organization
Regular info sharing and cooperation with Deployment Managers and GCX leads.
Support GCX global lead on regular info sharing with RSS GCX Management (monthly update)
FTEs located in RSS and covering all areas in GCX
Support GCX lead on overall GCX readiness for each deployment
Preparation phase ensures templates are updated and consolidated
Compare F2T findings, identify changes and collect data if needed

The Training Specialist should be responsible for GEP Procurement systems training. This includes analysis of training needs, developing training materials and curriculum, maintaining training materials to ensure the accuracy of training information and delivery of training sessions
The Regional Training Specialist will need to collaborate with multiple stakeholders within and external to the project team such as business & procurement subject matter experts, super users and end users to ensure the strategy and plan are delivered on time and in full. This includes developing learning objectives, training platform maintenance and ensuring the accuracy of training materials to drive end-user enablement
Development of training curriculum and assets. Training delivery of GEP Training courses, both Train-the-Trainer and End User Training, as needed
Work with the project team to coordinate the training instance structure and availability such as transports to the training instance, ensuring maintenance of security profiles, refresh, and backup of training clients. Data maintenance in the training instance
